Tablets, Pills Stolen from Bolingbrook Home: Police Blotter

Public indecency, copper wire thefts and more in the Bolingbrook police blotter of Feb. 4-6.

Feb. 6 

Public indecency, in-state warrant 

Cornelius Brown, 39, 481 Larkspur Dr., was arrested at 3:38 p.m. and charged with public indecency and an in-state warrant after a call to the 400 block of Lily Cache Lane, police said.

UPS package stolen 

Officers were called to the 1600 block of Praireview Boulevard for the report of a theft, police said. Two unknown subjects were seen walking down the street with the UPS package that was just delivered at 3:30 p.m.

Tablets, pills stolen from home 

Officers responded to the 300 block of Evergreen Drive for the report of a residential burglary, police said. A door was broken to gain entry. Two tablets and prescription pills were stolen. The loss was valued at $550.

In-state warrant 

Juston Girkant, 31, 104 Somerset Ln., was arrested at 6:42 p.m. and charged with an in-state warrant, police said. 

Feb. 5 

Domestic battery 

Ronald Nesbit, 21, 467 Independence Ln., was arrested at 3:05 p.m. and charged with domestic battery after a call to the residence, police said. 

Feb. 4 

Theft from Meijer 

Hayden Reeves, 21, 1104 Hillview Ln., Lemont, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. and charged with retail theft at Meijer, 755 E. Boughton Rd., police said. 

Domestic battery, in-state warrant 

Michael McNulty, 24, 1141 Bramble Ave., was arrested at 8:40 p.m. and charged with domestic battery and an in-state warrant after a call to the residence, police said. 

Copper wire stolen 

Officers were called to the 1000 block of N. Janes Avenue for the report of a theft, police said. Approximately 600 feet of copper wire was cut from a spool between Jan. 31 and Feb. 4. Two additional spools of wire had also been unwrapped. 

Copper wire stolen from basement 

Officers were called to the 1800 block of Pampas Circle for the report of a burglary, police said. About 1,000 feet of copper pipe was stolen from a basement in the residence between Feb. 1 and 4. The loss was valued at $1,000. 

In-state warrant 

Jonathan Caffey, 25, 4732 Sailboat Bay, Lisle, was arrested at 3:35 a.m. and charged with an in-state warrant following a traffic stop at Hywood Lane and Juniper Lane, police said. 

In-state warrant 

Shawn Riley, 26, 297 Dogwood Dr., was arrested at 12:07 a.m. and charged with an in-state warrant on the 800 block of S. Weber Road, police said.
