Theft from Kohl's, Disorderly Conduct: Bolingbrook Police Blotter

Disorderly conduct

Nicholas Marquardt, 34, 1067 Bothwell Cir., was arrested at 4:14 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct on the 500 block of Remington Boulevard after refusing to leave the property, police said.

Theft from Kohl’s

Latika Pickett, 21, 520 S. 5th Ave., Maywood and Aubriana Hicks, 19, 805 Bonnie Brae Ct., were both arrested at 8 p.m. and charged with retail theft at Kohl’s, 1138 W. Boughton Rd., police said.

Equipment violation, driving under the influence

Servando Cruz, 22, 1409 Aster Ln., was arrested at 3:41 a.m. and charged with an equipment violation and DUI following a traffic stop on the 600 block of E. Boughton Road, police said.

Two counts of driving under the influence

Jamie Escutia-Hernandez, 27, 419 Wellington Ln., was arrested at 1:13 a.m. and charged with driving on a suspended license, no insurance and two counts of DUI following a traffic stop on Lot J of Beaconridge Drive, police said.

Speeding, in-state warrant

Janice Hayes, 46, 1050 Heritage Hill, Naperville, was arrested at 1:06 p.m. and charged with speeding, driving on a suspended license and an in-state warrant on the 100 block of E. Boughton Road, police said.

In-state warrant, suspended license

Renita Bell, 24, 2100 Best Pl, Aurora, was arrested at 1:01 a.m. and charged with an in-state warrant, driving on a suspended license, and revoked registration following a traffic stop at Aspen Lane and Boughton Road, police said.
