Officers were called to the 100 block of Lily Cache Lane for the report of a battery, police said. The victim was punched after a traffic altercation at 10:59 a.m.

Burglary to motor vehicle
Officers were called to the 500 block of Janes Avenue for the report of a burglary to motor vehicle, police said. The car window was broken and a purse was taken between 5:45 p.m. to 6:50 p.m.

In-state warrants
Jorge Quinonez, 28, 350 N. Ashbury Rd., was arrested at 8:35 p.m. and charged with two in-state warrants and driving on a suspended license, following traffic stop at Kenmore Drive and Ashbury Road, police said.
Feb. 6
Driving under the influence
Jose Valencia, 39, 534 Payton Ln., was arrested at 10:07 p.m. and charged with traffic signal violation, driving on a suspended license, no insurance and DUI following a traffic stop at Delmar Drive and Edgehill Drive, police said.
Possession of controlled substance, drug equipment, littering
Jamie Forbes, 38, 1413 Kansas St., Ottawa, was arrested at 12:32 a.m. and charged with possession of controlled substance, possession of drug equipment and littering following a traffic stop at Bolingbrook Drive & I-55, police said.
Feb. 4
Driving under the influence
James Brown, 22, 531 Jordan Way, was arrested at 1:35 a.m. and charged with failure to signal, speeding, DUI and driving on a suspended license, police said.
Feb. 2
In-state warrant
Jose Cabrera, 22, 239 Northridge Ave., was arrested at 2:11 p.m. and charged with an in-state warrant and driving on a suspended license following a traffic stop at Bolingbrook Drive and Remington Boulevard, police said.
