Victim Punched Several Times, Sent to the Hospital: Bolingbrook Police Blotter

Aggravated battery, DUI and more in the Bolingbrook police blotter of Feb. 28-March 2.

Aggravated battery 

Officers responded to Lot D of Beaconridge Drive for the report of an aggravated battery, police said. The victim was punched several times at 3:15 p.m. The victim was then transported to the hospital for their injuries.

Illegal transportation of alcohol, equipment violation 

Steven Davis, 25, 431 Foxborough Trail, was arrested at 9:07 p.m. and charged with illegal transportation of alcohol and an equipment violation, following a traffic stop on the 1000 block of Foxborough Trail, police said.

DUI, no insurance, improper lane usage

Erick Gonzalez, 37, 8338 David Dr., Woodridge, was arrested at 2:19 a.m. and charged with improper lane usage, DUI and no insurance following a traffic stop at Route 53 and St. Andrews Drive, police said. 

DUI 

Courtney Bade, 24, 152 N. Pinecrest Rd., was arrested at 4:52 a.m. and charged with DUI following a traffic stop on the 700 block of Janes Avenue, police said.  

In-state warrant 

Michael Funches, 22, 3 Penny Ct., was arrested at 10:28 p.m. and charged with an in-state warrant on the 700 block of E. Boughton Road, police said.

March 1

Residence window broken 

A residence window was broken on the 20 block of Diane Lane at 11:35 p.m., police said. 

In-state warrant 

Derek Gnat, 25, 214 N. Canyon Dr., was arrested at 10:50 p.m. and charged with an in-state warrant, police said. 

Feb. 28 

Trailer stolen 

A 2009 Wabash trailer was stolen from the 1000 block of Dalton Lane between Feb. 25 and 28, police said.
