Will County DUI Arrests: Dec. 1

A collection of recent DUI arrests from around Will County.

Plainfield

Nov. 28 Andrew T. Little, 17 of the 2200 block of Daybreak, Aurora, was arrested Nov. 28 by  Plainfield police  and booked into the Will County jail on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, possession of a controlled substance, illegal transportation of alcohol, reckless driving, improper lane use, following too closely and operating an uninsured vehicle, police said.

Nov. 26 Frank J. Saunders, 30, of the 14000 block of South Hanford Place, Plainfield, was arrested Nov. 26 by Will County Sheriff's police and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregarding a stop sign and illegal transportation of alcohol, police said. Bond amount was $1,000.

Nov. 23 Karol E. Nosal, 24, of the 12000 block of Hawks Bill Court, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police Nov. 23 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to notify the owner of a damaged/unattended vehicle, improper traffic lane use and obstructing justice/destroying evidence, police said. Bond amount was $1,000.

Nov. 16 Mitchell Bandur, 23, of the 400 block of Kankakee in Coal City was arrested by Plainfield police  at 11:52 p.m. Nov. 16 at 135th Street and Route 59 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, police said. Bond amount was $2,000.

Joliet

Nov. 28 Anthony Frederick Bauer, 37, 1659 Elgin, Joliet, arrested by the Will County Sheriff's Office and booked into the Will County jail on Nov. 28 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of cannabis and failing to register a new residence.

Nov. 25 Yivi Granados Flores, 46, 156 Parks, Joliet, arrested by the Will County Sheriff's Office and booked into the Will County jail on Nov. 25 on charges of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, blood alcohol content over .08, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving on a revoked license and driving one to 10 miles above the speed limit.

Nov. 24 Clifton Earl McGee, 52, 514 Florence, Joliet, arrested by the Will County Sheriff's Office and booked into the Will County jail on Nov. 24 on charges of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license revoked, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and unsafe backing on a roadway.

Nov. 24 Kevin D. Crosby, 24, 2410 Grape, Joliet, arrested by the Will County Sheriff's Office and booked into the Will County jail on Nov. 24 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, blood alcohol content over .08, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, improper use of registration of title and driving 15 to 20 mph over the speed limit.

Nov. 24 Earl J. Jones, 28, 904 Foxview, Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Nov. 24 on a charge of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol.

Nov. 21 Jose Garcia, 38, 357 Columbia, Joliet, arrested by the Will County Sheriff's Office and booked into the Will County jail on Nov. 21 on a charge of aggravated driving under the influence.

Nov. 21 Greg Russell Legare, 47, 1504 Lakewood, Joliet, arrested by the Will County Sheriff's Office and booked into the Will County jail on Nov. 21 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving one to 10 miles above the speed limit.

Romeoville 

Nov. 29 Mauricio Correa-Fragoso, 38, 301 Murfield Drive, Romeoville, arrested by the Will County Sheriff's Office and booked into the Will County jail on Nov. 29 on  a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Nov. 18 Christopher Nelson, 19, 623 Poplar Ave., Romeoville, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 2:30 a.m. Nov. 18 at Normantown and Huron Drive and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal consumption by a minor, possession of cannabis, driving an uninsured motor vehicle and speeding.

Nov. 8 Terrence Fisher, 38, 21511 S. Comorant St., Crest Hill, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 2:20 a.m. Nov. 8 at Weber and Renwick roads and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane use.

Channahon-Minooka

Nov. 16 Stanley P Klawitter, 50, of Channahon, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol-combination drugs, possession of cannabis, improper lane use and stopping or parking in roadway, police reported.

Nov. 13 Adam Saragossa, 24, of Minooka, was arrested at Kettleson Drive and Khater Drive on charges of DUI/alcohol, police said.

Bolingbrook

Nov. 17 Girmai Lemma, 59, 491 Springwood Ln., was arrested at 6:33 a.m. and charged with two counts of DUI, improper lane usage and no insurance, following a traffic stop Boughton Road and Rockhurst Road, police said. 

Nov. 17 Brian Prtiz, 18, 136 Garden Dr., was arrested at 1:33 a.m. and charged with DUI, following a traffic stop at Veteran’s Parkway and Territorial Drive, police said. 

Nov. 17 Juan Robles, 21, 112 Fairwood Dr., was arrested at 4:52 a.m. and charged with DUI, following a traffic stop at Orchard Drive and Lily Cache Lane, police said. 

Shorewood

Nov. 22 Timothy A. Engelman, 37, 955 Mason Ave., Joliet, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at 12:22 a.m. at Route 52 and S.E. Frontage Road, Shorewood police said. Reports state Engelman was also ticketed for no insurance and traffic signal violation after his vehicle was stopped for the traffic violation. Engelman posted bond and was released with court information, police said.
