Will County DUI Arrests: July 20

Plainfield

July 13 Efrain Martinez, 33, of the 800 block of Fourth Avenue, Aurora, was arrested by Plainfield police at 8:53 p.m. at Presidential Avenue and Wallin Drive and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, disorderly conduct, failure to signal and driving an uninsured vehicle, police said.

July 6 
Brian Walendy, 27, of the 100 block of St. Charles Road, Lombard, was arrested by Plainfield police at 10:25 p.m. at Renwick Road and Route 59 and charged with driving under the influence of drugs and improper lane use, police said.

Romeoville

June 28 Lewis Love, 36, of the 700 block of Zachary Drive, Romeoville, was arrested at12:41 P.M. in the 700 block of Zachary and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, unsafe equipment and unlawful use of a weapon, police said.

June 27 Jwan Hayes, 24, of the 2000 block of 11th Avenue in Maywood was arrested on Route 53 north of Taylor Road and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a suspended license, following too closely, improper lane use and illegal transportation of alcohol, Romeoville police said.

Joliet

July 14 Kyle P. Taylor, 6507 Morningstar Lane, Plainfield, was arrested by Joliet Police on a charge of DUI (BAC over .08) at Peyla/Ruth Fitzgerald, Joliet, on July 17, 2013.

July 14 James C. McGrath, 612 Nicholson, Joliet, was arrested on charges of DUI (alcohol) and DUI (BAC over .08) by Joliet Police at Center/LaFayette, Joliet, on July 14, 2013.

July 13 Jose R. Rivera, 36, 308 S. Raynor, Joliet, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on July 13 on charges of aggravated driving under the influence, blood alcohol content over .08, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving without a license and improper traffic lane usage.

Minooka

July 13 Steven M. Thongsawth, 20, Shorewood, was stopped by Minooka Police after officers observed his vehicle commit an improper lane usage violation in the 100 block of Holt Road/N. Ridge Road, Minooka, on July 13, 2013. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He was transported to Kendall County jail pending a court appearance.
