Will County DUI Arrests: March 23

A look at recent driving under the influence arrests around Will County.

Plainfield

March 19 Luis A. Castillo, 24, of the 1700 block of Quinn in unincorporated Plainfield was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the  county jail  on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and driving an uninsured vehicle, police said.

March 19 Anthony J. Yvanauskas, 42, of the 13000 block of Meadow Lane, Plainfield, was arrested by  Plainfield police  and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, according to jail records.

March 17 Michael Guziec, 55, of the 24000 block of DeJohn Boulevard, Napreville, was arrested by Plainfield police at 7:41 p.m. at Illinois and Main streets and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use and violating a traffic signal, police said.

March 16 Justin Rediehs, 23, of the 26000 block of 128th Street, Plainfield, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police in the 12000 block of Elaine Drive and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, police said.

March 15 Ashleigh Dandrea, 26, of the 15000 block of South Wood Farm Road, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police at 12:11 a.m. at Renwick Road and Route 59 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding, police said.

March 15 John O'Neill, 60, of the 1000 block of Kris Drive, New Lenox, was arrested by Plainfield police at 3:38 p.m. at Renwick Road and Route 59 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to yield at an intersection, police said.

March 11 Kimberly Wickman, 42, of the 1-100 block of Matts Street in Fox Lake was arrested by Plainfield police at 10:23 p.m. at Main Street and Penn Droad and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and illegal parking, police said.

Romeoville

March 18 Gabriel Lopez Ramirez, 52, of the 1700 block of Hawthorne, Romeovillel was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the county jail on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, police said.

March 16 Keith Gaines, 18, of the 13000 block of of South Jonesport in unincorporated Plainfield, was arrested by Romeoville police at 9:35 p.m. at the Circle K gas station, 20 S. Weber Rd., after police received a report of a man in front of the building yelling and screaming. When officers attempted to talk to Gaines, he tried to head-butt a policeman, according to Romeoville Assistant Chief Steve Lucchesi. Police also reportedly found an open bottle of vodka on the backseat of the car Gaines had been driving. Gaines was booked into the Will County jail on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated assault of a police officer, resisting/obstructing a police officer, illegal transportation of alcohol, driving with an obstructed windshield, failure to carry a license or driver's permit and operating an uninsured vehicle, according to jail records.

March 6 Chaleeta Terry, 21, of the 200 block of Sioux Drive, Bolingbrook, was arrested by Romeoville police at 8:54 p.m. at Route 53 and University Parkway and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, driving an uninsured vehicle and improepr lane use, police said.

Feb. 24 Lee Dougherty, 29, of the 700 block of Stonebridge, Bolingbrook, was arrested by Romeoville police at 2:16 a.m. at Weber Road and I-55 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, police said.

Feb. 23 Alfredo Casas, 26, of the 900 block of Savannah Drive, Romeoville, was arrested by Romeoville police at 2:06 a.m. at Murphy and Savannah drives and chargd with driving under the influence of alcohol and disobeying a stop sigh, police said.

Bolingbrook

March 9 Alexander Nowak, 40, 562 Rebecca Ln., was arrested at 6:40 p.m. and charged with DUI/drugs, following a traffic stop at Weber Road and Boughton Road, police said. 

March 7 Beau Carmonneau, 36, 3S163 Birchwood Dr., Warrenville, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. and charged with improper lane usage, illegal transportation of alcohol and DUI, following a traffic stop at Boughton Road and Janes Avenue, police said. 

March 6 Jose Valencia-Marcos, 24, 8338 David Dr., Woodridge, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. and charged with DUI, improper lane usage, no valid driver’s license and speeding, following a traffic stop on the 700 block of N. Bolingbrook Drive, police said. 

March 3 Richard Herpel, 22, 2622 Burr Ridge Ct., Woodridge, was arrested at 4:12 a.m. and charged with improper turn, traffic signal violation and DUI, following a traffic stop at Green Road and Royce Road, police said. 

Minooka

March 19 Michele L. Callahan, 41, Minooka, arrested by Minooka Police for driving under the influence and unlawful use of weapons after finding Callahan in possession of an expandable baton on March 19, 2013. Callahon posted bond and was released.

March 16 Frederick P. Stavenhagen, 34, Minooka, arrested by Minooka Police for driving under the influence of alcohol in the 100 block of N. Ridge Road/Wildy Road, Minooka, on March 16, 2013. Stavenhagen was transported to Kendall County Jail.

Joliet

March 21 Darryl Joseph Villareal, 52, 1404 Regency Ridge, Joliet, arrested by the Will County Sheriff's Office and booked into the Will County jail on March 21 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and improper traffic lane usage.

March 18 Pedro Reyes, 27, 19147 Weber, Mokena, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on March 18 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a revoked/suspended license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

March 16 Alexis Magana, 31, 106 Miller Ave., Joliet, arrested by the Will County Sheriff's Office and booked into the Will County jail on March 16 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, transporting/carrying alcoholic liquor and disregarding a stop sign.

March 16 Daniel L. Meadows, 27, 618 Buell, Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on March 16 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, fleeing/attempting to elude police officers, driving on a revoked/suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper turn at intersection.
