Kids Find Human Bones in Woodridge Forest
The village of Woodridge announced Monday that human remains were found in a wooded area over the weekend.
Two youths found "skeletal human remains" in Woodridge over the weekend, according to Suburban Life.
The youths found the remains Saturday afternoon while walking in a wooded area of Woodridge in the 7900 block of Lemont Road.
The case is under investigation, according to the DuPage County Coroner's Office. No additional information was available at post time.
