Street Crews Stay on Top of Snow in Bolingbrook

Bolingbrook's street department called in crews to plow at about 2 a.m. Friday.

As the snow continued to fall overnight in , the village’s street department called in crews to plow at about 2 a.m. Friday.

“At that time we called in 15 drivers to take care of our main and secondary routes,” said Lucas Rickelman, Bolingbrook’s superintendent of streets.

Bolingbrook Lt. Michael Rompa said there were no accidents to report from last night or this morning due to the snowy conditions.

“Public Works does a nice job cleaning things up,” he said.
