Library Hosts Dedication of Dave Hargett Quiet Reading Room

A ribbon cutting and dedication of the Dave Hargett Quiet Reading Room will be held.

Refreshments will be provided by the new Brook's Cafe, the library's cafe. At 12:30 p.m., the ribbon cutting will be held. From 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. there will be face painting and a balloon artist in the children's department. At 2 p.m. a dedication of the reading room will be held. From 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., a storyteller will be featured in the children's storytime room. Then, from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. the Bolingbrook Community Chorus will perform and a strolling magician will perform. The festivities will end with a juggler from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
