That's so good because so many of us feel a need to more closely monitor the decisions being made . As well as a need for explanations to some already made . In particular if you could explain at a time when all other employees received a meager 2 per cent raise Mr. Mitchem received 50 per cent. How can you accept such a raise at this time? What would a leader do ? What was the urgency in the raise were we afraid we would lose him?$'

we shouldnt be afraid to lose him, we should kick him out

I urge all in attendance to please give the board the same courtesy of order and behavior as is afforded the teachers in their classrooms. I certainly hope the board wouldn't expect any more. They deserve only the level of respect commensurate with the level of respect of which they have earned in your eyes. Please remember THAT, when Quigley makes his mousy little pre-meeting comments or attempts to interrupt a speaker citing procedure or content.

So....I should be on my phone?

If you feel that is appropriate, I feel everyone should have their phones pointed directly at them recording EVERYTHING they do and say, or don't say. I'd be very interested to see how they react to having items pointed in their faces.
