Village Board Set to Meet, Vote on Boughton Road Construction

Bolingbrook trustees will meet Tuesday night at 8 p.m. at village's town center.

The Bolingbrook Board of Trustees will meet Tuesday night at 8 p.m. for its regularly scheduled meeting.

Among agenda items include:

  • A resolution that would approve construction services with Rempe-Sharpe and Associates for the .
  • A resolution to approve an intergovernmental agreement between the villages of Bolingbrook, Romeoville and Plainfield to split the cost of the . Under the resolution, Bolingbrook would pay for 35 percent ($400,195), Romeoville would pay 28 percent ($320,156) and Plainfield would pay 37 percent ($423,063).
  • A resolution to authorize the village to pay bills to Spyglass Group Inc. for telecommunications service account audit.
  • A resolution to approve a proposal from Wolf & Company for auditing services.
  • A resolution to approve a contract between the village and the VMC & Associates regarding collection services.
  • An ordinance to grant a special use permit to allow a fitness center () in Julian's Plaza at 128 E. Boughton Rd.
