Somebody had to pay for the all day kindergarten. Oh, and the $ 3 million refund to the hospital, and all the additional directors at the administration building.

How `bout it "my opinion." And let the lowly taxpayer figure out what to eliminate from THEIR already stretched household budget to pay for this. So disgusted!!!

Shocked and irritated by the large increase! With so many residents losing their homes to foreclosure, how do they expect people to pay for this??? We have had 4 or 5 foreclosures just on my block alone and now they are sitting vacant!
