Bolingbrook March for Babies is May 4

Hundreds will gather to mark the start of the 2014 March for Babies season Sunday, May 4, at the Promenade Bolingbrook, 631 E. Boughton Road.

The event is the largest fundraiser for the March of Dimes, which as worked for more than 75 years to help babies get a healthy start in life.

Registration begins at 8 a.m., followed by a March of Babies program at 8:50 p.m. and the kickoff and march at 9 a.m.

Participants this year include Amy King, March for Babies 2014 Event Chair and President of Rasmussen College; Rick Mace, Chair of the March of Dimes Northeast Division board and President of Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital; the Sangha Family (2014 Ambassador Family); business teams; and families of premature babies.
