2 Cast Members from Bolingbrook Will Perform in Lewis Unversity's Holiday Spectacular

Show runs from Dec. 5-7; Tickets are $10 for the general public and $2 for members of the Lewis community.

Heritage Theatre Company (HTC) will celebrate the season with the 9th Annual Holiday Spectacular. Performances will be Thursday through Saturday, December 5, 6 and 7 at 7:30 p.m. Due to popular demand, a 4 p.m. matinee has been added on December 7.

Fun for the whole family, the show will deck the halls with 90 minutes of joyful music, skits, and merriment. The Holiday Spectacular is a non-stop sleigh ride of heartwarming moments filled with singing, dancing, and laughter. A special feature this year will be the return of the "Snowflake Auditions" sketch.

The box office opens at 6 p.m. and 3 p.m. for the matinee on December 7 with holiday confections in the lobby. Digital photos for $5 on stage with Santa and his holiday helpers will be available 30 minutes prior to show time. The proceeds from concessions and the photos go to the Theatre Scholarship Fund.

This year's show features a cast of 36 Lewis students and alumni. They'll sing, dance and warm your spirits as they put a holiday twist on 'Wake Me Up,' Lady Gaga, disco hits of the 70s and much, much more. The holiday spirit abounds as HTC shares the gift of live theatre! The cast features: Sean Barber of Aurora, Saul Ortega and Sabra Thomas of Bolingbrook, Victoria Vega of Burbank, Bria May, Ryan Tadych and Laura Wisniewski of Chicago, Bryan Lochner of Essex, Tyler Senjanin of Evergreen Park, Danielle Curtis of Frankfort, Eric Henely of Hammonton, NJ, Matt Carlson, Stephanie Daley, Emily Lif and Erika Young all from Lockport, Katy Papineau of Kankakee, Natalie Asp of Minneapolis, MN, Kelly Provenzano of McHenry, Austin Hill and Adam Parker of Naperville, Allie DiMiele of New Lenox, Stephanie Lipinski of Oak Forest, Carole McKee of Plainfield, Adam Smetana of Racine, WI, Jill Jeffrey of Romeoville, Christopher Hueg of Roseville, MN, Jordin Richards, Alicia Iuliano, Kevin Bukauski and Drew Gardiner all of Tinley Park, Brittany Wozniak and Alex Kwiatkowski of Wheaton, Rachel Tau of Wood Dale, and Sylmarie Soto, Faith Berry, Hannah Slowik all from Joliet.

The show is conceived and directed by Lewis University's Philip Lynch TheatreManager Jo Slowik of Joliet. Stage-managing the production is Jessie Richey of McHenry, Annie Martello of Morris is the assistant stage manager, Jordin Richards is in the cast and also the properties master, and Tom Wieczorek of Chicago is designing and operating the lights. Celeste Mackey of Joliet and Jackie Sabani of Hanover Park are the costume designers. Andrew Nelsen of Joliet is designing special effects and Kevin Kaucher of Chicago is designing and operating the sound. Don't be a grinch; join HTC as it rings in the holiday season with the "9th Holiday Spectacular."

Tickets are $10 for the general public, and $2 for the members of the Lewis community. Half price tickets are available with a donation of non-perishable foods going to local shelters.

Seating is general admission and ticket reservations are recommended.
