Bolingbrook High School Graduation Information

CAPS AND GOWNS

All students are required to wear a cap and gown to participate in theGraduation Ceremony. If your son/daughter did not receive a cap and gown, please call Jostens at 1-630-653-3794 to place your order.

GRADUATION REHEARSAL

A mandatory graduation rehearsal will take place on Friday, June 3, 2011, at 1 p.m. in the auditorium. All seniors who plan to participate in the graduation ceremony must attend the graduation practice. Seniors are required to make sure all books have been turned in and all fees and obligations have been taken care of before that time.

TICKETS

All available tickets will be distributed on Friday, June 3, 2011, during graduation practice. You must present a photo ID in order to retrieve your tickets. Outstanding fees should be taken care of before ticket distribution.

Fees can be paid in the bookstore from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. prior to June 3.

Extra ticket requests need to be turned into Mrs. Pawlowicz in the Principal’s Office where they will be date and time stamped. Extra tickets will be awarded on a first come, first served basis.  Up to three additional tickets may be requested. These tickets will be used for closed circuit TV viewing in the auditorium or another assigned location in the building.

All graduating seniors that plan on attending college need to fill out a final transcript request form in the registrar’s office.

Remember, all fees need to be paid in full before a final transcript can be mailed to your college or university.
