CAPS AND GOWNS
All students are required to wear a cap and gown to participate in the graduation ceremony. If your son/daughter did not receive a cap and gown, have them see Mrs.Rupsis in the Bookstore as soon as possible.
A mandatory graduation rehearsal will take place at 1 p.m. Friday, in the field house. All seniors who plan to participate in the graduation ceremony must attend the graduation practice. Seniors are required to make sure all books have been turned in and all fees and obligations have been taken care of before that time.
All available tickets will be distributed on Friday, during graduation practice. You must present a photo ID in order to retrieve your tickets. Outstanding fees should be taken care of before ticket distribution.
Everyone attending the ceremony must have a ticket. The only exception will be infants who will be held on the laps of adults. Seating capacity requires that the number of tickets guaranteed to each senior be limited. Within this allotment, there will be limited reserved seating for the handicapped and elderly who are unable to sit in the bleacher sections.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 p.m. Sunday. In order to seat all graduating seniors by 4 p.m., the processional will begin approximately 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. Parents and guests of the graduates are urged to do the necessary planning which will permit them to arrive at and be seated in the stands no later than 3 p.m. Doors will open
at 2 p.m.
