From Bolingbrook High School
Incoming Bolingbrook High School 9th graders and transfer students have an opportunity to learn more about their new school at one of four BHS Boot Camps in August.
Sponsored by the Bolingbrook High School Ambassador Program, the three-hour sessions will be held from 9 a.m. to noon or 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. on either Aug. 12 or 13. Classes will begin in the BHS library.
The Boot Camp, which will cost $15, is designed to alleviate some of the uncertainty about starting classes at a new school.
Signup will take place at the Ambassador table at BHS registration Aug. 1-7. The pilot program is limited to the first 200 students who sign up.
