Bolingbrook Schools’ Family Fitness Night Jan. 14 at the BRAC
Jamic McGee and Independence Elementary Schools, Jane Addams Middle School and Bolingbrook High School are hosting the event.
Walk, bike, run, scoot or drive to Family Fitness Night presented by Independence and Jamie McGee elementary schools, Jane Addams Middle School and Bolingbrook High School from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 14 at the Bolingbrook Recreation and Aquatic Center, 200 S. Lindsey Lane.
A fitness and nutrition specialist will provide instruction and information on fitness agility, core, cardio, strength, flexibility and healthy living. Families and community residents are encouraged to take a tour of the Bolingbrook Park District to see the many programs available for them.
This is a great opportunity to learn more about getting fit and eating healthy.
