Living Heart Healthy

Bolingbrook – Lifestyle is one of the key determinants of heart health. Dr. James McMahon, a board-certified cardiologist, and physical therapist Carl Burdinie, manager of cardiac rehabilitation at Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital, will present a program on the components of living heart healthy. Learn correct exercises for strengthening your heart, rest management techniques, diets and other heart risk factors. The free 90-minute program takes place at 7 p.m. May 11 at the Fountaindale Library, 300 W. Briarcliff Road, Bolingbrook. The program is free but seating is limited; advanced registration is encouraged. Please call 630-856-7525 to register for “Living Heart Healthy.”
