Come out to the Bolingbrook Promenade between noon and 10 p.m. Saturday for activities, food, music and more -- for free!

For the fourth consecutive year, the is partnering with The Promenade Bolingbrook to host the Back to School Block Party.

The event is free to all attendees and will take place throughout the streets of The Promenade, which will be blocked off so that families can enjoy games and entertainment.

Back to School Block Party at The Promenade is a celebration of the return to school and an opportunity for the community to donate school supplies for needy families while enjoying great music, great food & beverages, and family-friendly entertainment.

  • Donate $5 worth of school supplies for your chance to win a $100.00 Promenade gift card!
  • A chance to win tickets to see Demi Lovato in concert from Radio Disney AM 1300
  • Text to Win Promenade Gift Cards! The code can be found only at The Promenade (noon – 7 p.m.)

Blood Drive sponsored by LifeSource - in the lobby of building 400 between Justice and American Eagle

Noon – 5 p.m. 
Trackless Train & Climbing Wall - Sponsored by The Bolingbrook Park Dist. Also be sure to visit with Parkie from Pelican Harbor Water Park. 

Noon- 5 p.m.
Paint Ball madness – sponsored by Bass Pro Shops (parent must be present to sign a waiver)

Noon – 6 p.m.
Interactive activities provided by: Brookfield Zoo, Shedd Aquarium, Arlington Park, Chicagoland Speedway, Illinois Aviation Museum; featuring the ride “Ground Bound”, Bolingbrook Fire Department Fire Safety House & Fire Truck, cake walk, musical chairs and much more. 

Noon – 8pm
Inflatable Fun; Jump, slide and crawl around in the inflatables – sponsored by Party Hoppers

3pm – 6pm Find our Priate stollin’ around - You just might mistake him for the real Jack Sparrow.

Village Green Stage:
12 – 1 p.m. Elite Martial Arts Demo
1– 2:30 p.m. Radio Disney
3- 3:30 p.m. Excel Musical Theatre
3:30-4 p.m. Dance Force

School supplies will be available for purchase.

Mago Grill & Cantina, will offer food and beverages near the Band Stage with a portion of the proceeds benefiting VVEEF.

Packages will also be available for Craft Beer tastings. Tickets can be purchased online at www.vveef.org under the Events tab or on the day of the event. The Beer Garden will be open from 3pm to 10pm near Mago.
