Bolingbrook High School senior Eric Svejda is captain of the Sabers Hockey Team that will head to St. Louis this weekend for the Central States Development Hockey League playoffs. The Sabres, who won the regular season title, are also the number 1 seed going into the Illinois State Championship and are ranked 3rd in the country. Svejda, a member of the BHS National Honor Society, scored 11 goals and registered 18 assists in 22 games during the regular season.
