Trib: Raiders Living Up to #1 Ranking, So Far
Chicago Tribune sports blogger "Edgy Tim" writes that he saw Bolingbrook play Saturday -- and he liked what he saw.
"The Raiders, right now, look scary good."
So says Chicago Tribune sports blogger Edgy Tim. Tim writes he saw the Bolingbrook Raiders play Joliet West Saturday, and he liked what he saw.
"The Raiders are everybody's No. 1 team in Illinois. Well, almost everyone's," he writes.

"Sometimes defending state champs receive the benefit of the doubt in preseason rankings. Bolingbrook is as good as its ranking, and has the potential to be better."
The 4-0 Bolingbrook Raiders will face Homewood-Flossmoor for its Homecoming game Friday. The Raiders then travel to Lincoln-Way East Sept. 28.
