With Bailey Out, Quincy Continues to Lead Raiders Offense

The Bolingbrook Raiders faced off against Lincoln-Way Central Friday.

The Bolingbrook Raiders have endured two tough losses following the injury of star quarterback Aaron Bailey Sept. 28 against Lincoln-Way East. 

But QB Quincy Woods led the Raiders to the team's sixth win this season over Lincoln-Way Central Friday. Bolingbrook led 14-7 at the half and then took advantage of three second-half turnovers to finish the game 40-7, according to the Chicago Tribune

Woods "rushed for 112 yards on 22 carries and scored two touchdowns," according to the Trib

"I felt good," Woods told the Trib. "Every day I feel more comfortable. This week we had great practices, and our offensive line came out here and stepped up."

The Raiders are now 6-2 for the season and 4-2 in the South Suburban Conference Blue.
