Fountaindale Public Library's Summer Reading Program Starts Monday

The Fountaindale Public Library summer reading program begins Monday.

The 2013 theme is "Have Book - Will Travel." Register for the program at the library, on the bookmobile or online with your library card from June 3 to July 31. The program is open for kids, teens and adults. 

Wednesday - Summer Kick-Off Play 

The Emerald City Theatre Group at the Bolingbrook Performing Arts Center will perform "Alice in Wonderland" at 7 p.m. 

Here's the play description: 

"Alice is going on the adventure of her life -- and YOU are invited to the tea party!"

This annual kick-off play is sponsored in full by the Friends of the Fountaindale Public Library.

Friday – Bookmobile Roundup

Visit 12 different bookmobiles at the Bookmobile Roundup at Fountaindale Public Library on June 7. The event is from 1 to 3 p.m. and is open to the public.
