4-On-The-Floor: Jane Addams Band Boosters Fundraiser Tops on This Week's To-Do List

I've selected four events for you to put on your calendar this week:

1. Tuesday, Nov. 12: The Jane Addams Middle School Band Boosters Association is holding a fundraiser at Red Robin, 250 S. Weber Road. The boosters will receive 15 percent of all dine-in or carry-out proceeds from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. as long as you indicate you're supporting the Jane Adams Band Boosters.

2. Thursday, Nov. 14: Diabetes and how to prevent it will be the subject of a free presentation at Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital. The presentation—"Pre-Diabetes: Know Your Numbers" will be given by Dr. Sumitha Panicker—runs from 5-7 p.m. at the hospital, 500 Remington Blvd. To register, call (630) 856-7525 or visit www.keepingyouwell.com/abh and lick on "Education and Events."

3. Thursday, Nov. 14: Several Bolingbrook High School staff members will be among the performers at Bolingbrook's band concert. The concert begins at 7 p.m. Admission is $5 at the door. BHS students and staff will be admitted free with an ID or valid Music Booster membership.

4. Tuesday, Nov 19: Bolingbrook High School's PTA and Penn Station East Coast Subs are teaming up for a fundraiser. Fifteen percent of all purchases made between 4-8 p.m. at the Bolingbrook store will go to the PTA as long as you mention the BHS PTA.
