Sunday, March 25 Domestic battery, aggravated assault PS3 stolen from home A PS3 was taken from a residence between 4:30 and 10:45 p.m. in the 300 block of Woodcreek Drive. Reports state a screen was found pushed in from a lower level window. DUI Keith Landing, 64, 1035 Walden Court, and Daniel Veles, 45, 1505 Auburn Ave., Naperville, were charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper backing at 1:09 a.m. following a traffic stop at Bolingbrook and Edgehill drives. Retail theft Someone stole a pair of earrings, valued at $70, at 6 p.m. from Kohl's, 1138 W. Boughton Road.

Wednesday, March 21 DUI Brian Jeong, 21, 2611 Fairhauser Road, Naperville, was charged with driving under the influence and improper lane usage at 10:34 p.m. following a traffic stop at Weber Road and I-55. Friday, March 23 Domestic battery, assault Kelly Cazares, 46, 237 Northridge Ave., was charged with domestic battery, resisting a peace officer and assault at 11:33 p.m. following a call to the residence for a disturbance. Warrant Derek Banicki, 30, 314 Northridge Ave., was charged with an in-state warrant at 11:52 p.m.

Two Romeoville men were arrested Tuesday night after police said they lured a pizza driver to a vacant home and beat him with a rubber hammer.
Two Romeoville men are in jail Wednesday after calling in a phony pizza order, then assaulting the delivery driver and stealing his cell phone and cash, police said. William C. Whitford, 18, of the 500 block of Maggie, and Allen Freeman Jr., 20, of the 1200 block of Sante Fe, face aggravated robbery charges. Police said the men called in an order for two pizzas to the Rosati’s Pizza restaurant in Bolingbrook, giving the address of a vacant foreclosed home in Romeoville. The men then laid in wait for the driver, Assistant Police Chief Steven Lucchesi said.
