Someone forced open several cash registers and stole $2,800 in cash from Wal-Mart, according to Bolingbrook police. The theft took place at Wal-Mart, 200 S. Bolingbrook Dr., on Dec. 27. A similar incident took place at Dunkin Donuts between Dec. 19 and 20. A bag of money was stolen from a locked register at Dunkin Donuts, 200 S. Bolingbrook Dr., police said.
