St. Baldrick's Event Helps Bolingbrook 4 Kids Raise $156,500 To Conquer Childhood Cancer

During the March 24 event, 333 individuals volunteered to “go bald” for the cause.

For the fourth consecutive year, Sport Clips Haircuts locations in the greater Chicago area have joined in the fight against childhood cancer by setting shears in motion at the annual Bolingbrook 4 Kids head shaving event benefitting the St. Baldrick’s Foundation. This year’s event took place March 24 at the Bolingbrook Golf Club. By the day’s end, 333 individuals volunteered to “go bald” for the cause and $156,500 was raised through sponsored “shavees”, silent auctions, and raffles. 1. DuPage Township's Third Annual Egg Hunt The hunt, for students in preschool through fifth grade, will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, at the Levy Senior Center, 241 Canterbury Lane.
