How to Volunteer, Help Others in Bolingbrook this Holiday Season
Donate to Toys for Tots and other ways you can give back in Bolingbrook this month.
Sponsored by the Bolingbrook High School National Honor Society, the drive will run from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the school cafeteria Dec. 8. Participants should enter through Door 17. Reservations are not necessary but can be made by calling LifeSource. The Bolingbrook Lions and Leos organization is hosting its annual Coat the Kids drive through Monday, Dec. 10. To date, the organization has collected 400 winter coats and is looking for more donations. Winter coats that are new or very lightly used can be distributed to local schools, churches and shelters.
