A Bolingbrook woman was arrested Tuesday afternoon after police said she cut a man in the throat several times with a box cutter and then battered a police officer trying to separate the pair. Clemons, 18, of the 500 block of Rockhurst, was allegedly having an argument on the street with a 32-year-old man when she swung a box cutter at the man, striking him in the throat with "several superficial cuts," according to Bolingbrook police.
