JBF I also live in the area and travel to work on Main St to Archer. 45 mph is a good speed, but 55+ as many trailer trucks/hot tar vehicles/smaller trucks, can't seem to stay on their side of the yellow line. Too often as a trailer truck was heading in my direction, they went over the yellow line and I had NO WHERE to go, but straight to heaven. They corrected their cab, but my insides shake all…   more ›

Our homes are not designed to withstand this kind of impact. This kind of thing, I believe, for the good of us all, should absolutely be strong punishment, stiff fines or something beyond running into a guard rail or …   more ›

I was sitting in the CVS parking lot in my van with the windows down when I heard this happen. There weren't any brakes squealing, I just heard that distinctive sound of the vehicles hitting. I turned off the engine and ran toward the intersection with my cell phone, dialing 911 as I ran. The limo driver was just opening his door and the pickup was on its side with the limo's front end smashed …   more ›
