Nov. 21 Computers, iPad stolen from unlocked car Two Mac Book Pros and an IPad 3 were stolen from an unlocked car parked on the 100 block of E. Boughton Road between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m., police said. The loss was valued at $4,100. Domestic battery Veronica Alvarez, 30, 608 Hughes Pl., was arrested at 7:53 p.m. and charged with an in-state warrant and Emilio Arias, 36, 608 Hughes, was arrested and charged with domestic battery after a call to the residence for a domestic disturbance, police said. Three car burglaries took place between Sept. 17 and 19, according to Bolingbrook police reports.
Three car burglaries took place in as many days, according to Bolingbrook police. Two were reported on Sept. 17. Between Sept. 16 and 17, someone rummaged through a car parked on Charlotte Court. A photo and cash were stolen. Also on Sept. 17, someone smashed a passenger window and rummaged through a car parked in the 300 block of High Point Court. Nothing appeared to be taken. Betwen Sept. 18 and 19, an iPhone was stolen from an unlocked car parked on the 800 block of Bellflower Lane. The loss was valued at $250.

In two incidents, someone stole a purse that was in a car parked in a garage, according to Bolingbrook police.
In two separate incidents, a purse was stolen from a car parked in Bolingbrook garages. On Aug. 25, a purse was stolen from a car parked in a garage on the 100 block of Lee Lane, Bolingbrook police said. A witness saw someone enter the garage and take the purse at 2:37 p.m. and run away. Then, on Aug. 21, a purse was stolen from a car parked in a garage on the 300 block of Springmist Court between Aug. 20 and 21, police said. The loss was valued at $96.
