Fountaindale Public Library Recognized Nationally by Library Journal
The Fountaindale Public Library District was recently ranked 25th nationally by the Library Journal's Index of Library Service.
The Fountaindale Public Library District has been ranked 25th overall out of 191 public libraries in its budget category by the Library Journal's Index of Library Service. Fountaindale’s strongest showing came in visits per capita, placing 7th out of the 191 libraries in its bracket. "It's exciting to see that our patrons continue to utilize the services we offer," said Executive Director Paul Mills in a release. "We are constantly striving to reach new users and provide programming and materials that are relevant and beneficial to our community." Congratulations to the library - I love the new building, all the new programming, and the fuel-efficient parking spaces are a real boon to those of us seniors who need to be close, but don't qualify for handicapped status. I was so pleased to find out my car qualified.   more ›
