Bolingbrook Student Named National Merit Finalist

Lily Lou, a senior at the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy, has been named a National Merit Finalist for 2013.

Lily Lou, of Bolingbrook, has been named a National Merit Scholarship Finalist for 2013. Lou attended Jane Addams Middle School and spent her freshman year at Bolingbrook High School. She currently attends the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy.  Lou will attend Case Western University in the fall with more than $100,000 in merit-based scholarships over her four years.  Roughly 8,000 students nationwide are selected as NMSC Finalists.  All winners of Merit Scholarship® awards are chosen from the Finalist group, based on their abilities, skills, and accomplishments. As such he could receive one of three types of Merit Scholarship awards: National Merit® $2500 Scholarships: Every Finalist competes for these single payment scholarships…
