Missing Lockport Teen Last Seen in Worth

Family turns to social media for help in finding 15-year-old daughter.

The family of a 15-year-old girl missing since Sunday is turning to social media in the hopes of locating her. Courtney Jean Arp is believed to be a runaway and was last seen around 8 p.m. Sunday near 113th Street and Ridgeland Avenue in Worth. Courtney's primary residence is with her mother in Lockport, but she was visiting her father, Les Arp, in Worth for winter break when she went missing on Sunday. She is a sophomore at Lockport High School. “She snuck out her bedroom window,” Les Arp said. “She is definitely a runaway.” Courtney has not used her cell phone since Sunday, but has contacted a few of her friends privately on Facebook. “As soon as they asked where she was at, she terminated the conversation,” Arp said of his daughter. …

Searchers Look for Missing Woman in Plainfield, Romeoville

Group looks for clues in disappearance of Joliet mom Linda Barr Fellenbaum.

Family, friends and volunteers combed areas near Plainfield Sunday, searching for clues in the disappearance of a young Joliet mother, according to the Herald-News. Deborah Barr said her daughter, 33-year-old Linda Barr Fellenbaum, was last seen leaving her boyfriend’s home at 3608 Crockett Court in Joliet’s Old Renwick Trail subdivision, located off Renwick Road near I-55. Naperville Police Seek Missing Woman, 58

58-year-old woman last seen about 11:15 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 23 in Naperville.

The Naperville Police Department are searching for a 58-year-old Naperville woman who was last seen about 11:15 a.m. on Aug. 23.  Eileen Piskorek has been reported missing by her family and was near the intersection of Route 59 and 95th Street in Naperville when she was last seen on Thursday, according to the Naperville Police Department. Updated: Missing Bolingbrook Girl Found

Ariel Reyes, 17, was last seen a week ago in Rockford.

Updated 4 p.m.  A 17-year-old Bolingbrook girl reported missing has been found in Romeoville.  Police said Ariel had agreed with her legal guardians that she would be living at a friend's house in Bolingbrook, but left there to stay with her biological mother in Rockford. According to police, Ariel later left Rockford via a ride from a friend. Bolingbrook police began observing a home in Romeoville Monday thought to be her location, and she was located around 4 p.m. Monday.  The incident remains under investigation.  --- A 17-year-old Bolingbrook girl has been reported missing.  Ariel Reyes was last seen a week ago in Rockford. I understand alot'of the comments, and they are heartfelt, but when it comes to the"drew" factor, i believe its a non issue here! However, the heresay law that they did pass, is a complete abomination of "right to fair, and unbiased trial" we inadvertently set a new precident, to prosecute anyone under the same biased "opinion!!!!! Police Believe Naperville Woman Cathleen Lewis Knew Her Killer

Sgt. Gregg Bell says there are no signs of forced entry or items missing from Cathleen Lewis' condo after her murder. Lewis' brother has been listed as missing person.

As of Friday morning, Naperville Police Sgt. Gregg Bell said there have been no further developments in the homicide investigation of Cathleen Lewis. Bell said the Naperville Police Department received a request from Lewis’ 83-year-old mother on Wednesday to perform a well-being check. Lewis and her mother lived in a condo at a four-unit complex at 2339 Worthing Drive in Naperville. Bell said at the time of the incident, Lewis’ mother was not in the unit. Officers found Lewis dead in her condo when they arrived Wednesday night, according to a Naperville Police Department news release. A news release from the Will County Coroner Patrick O’Neil said, “Ms. Lewis sustained multiple head injuries due to blunt head trauma, due to an assault.” An…

Missing Veteran and Son Found in Bolingbrook

The father and son had been missing since Wednesday and authorities believe the father may have been heading to family in Louisville, Kentucky.

The missing Iraq veteran who vanished with his 4-month-old son was found found in Bolingbrook Friday morning. Chris Miller and his infant son, Jackson, were located in Bolingbrook at about 8 a.m., according to Schaumburg Police. Both were reported to be safe. The two had been missing since Wednesday.
