Nov. 30 Public indecency Anthony Pleasant, 29, 1504 Brown, Ave., Joliet, was arrested at 12:40 p.m. and charged with public indecency on the 200 block S. Schmidt Road, police said. Driving under the influence, marijuana Keith Andrulis, 19, 382 Hoyer Ct., Naperville, was arrested at 12:31 a.m. and charged with improper lane usage, no insurance, DUI and possession of cannabis following a traffic stop at Buckeye Lane and Flagstaff Drive, police said. Wallet stolen from purse, fraud A wallet was stolen from a purse on the 100 block of E. Boughton Road sometime between Nov. 29 and 30, police said.
