We list the 20 highest paid teachers in Valley View School District 365U, per the district's 2012 administrator and teacher salary and benefits report.

Wow, really? My kids can string multiple sentences together, know how to dress properly for whatever the event, are well mannered and well behaved. Didn't realize that these were the Teachers responsibilities. I thought the teachers were suppose to teach the subject and childrens PARENTS were suppose to teach the life skills. The data is from the Illinois State Board of Education for the 2010-11 school year. We are aware that some districts are not included in the database. Here is the ISBE explanation: "Due to technical or other reasons locally, some districts did not submit data each school year as required starting in 2010. Report Shows Bolingbrook's School Administrators Make More Than Romeoville's

Under state law, school districts required to report numbers.

When it comes to Valley View school administrators, heads of Bolingbrook schools are making more base salary than their Romeoville counterparts, according to figures released by the district this month. Eight of the ten highest paid principals or assistant principals belong in Bolingbrook schools, and in all but one case—assistant high school principals—Bolingbrook principals or assistant principals are paid more on average. According to the school district's Administrator Salary Compensation Report, Bolingbrook High School Principal Fabby Williams is paid $135,900 annually. That's $7,200 more than Romeoville High School Principal Derek Kinder makes per year. Bolingbrook High School, though, has nearly double the amount of students that …

Ken: Yes, the base salaries are based off of years experience and other factors as determined by the district.
