Robinson, 30, of 328 Kirkwood Circle, has been charged with predatory criminal sexual assault. Police responded to the 300 block of Kirkwood Circle Thursday after a report of criminal sexual assault, according to the Bolingbrook Reporter. Robinson was not at the residence when police arrived but was arrested soon after near Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital. The victim was taken to Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital to treat her injuries. Robinson's bond has been set at $300,000.

A 34-year-old Bolingbrook man was allegedly having sex with a minor for two years, according to police.

Cesar Marini-Garcia, 34, of the 200 block of Bunker Hill, was arrested March 7 at 9:30 p.m. Police said they received a report that Marini-Garcia was having sexual intercourse with a 16-year-old female on multiple occasions over the past two years. A third party learned of the situation and notified police. Marini-Garcia was taken into custody, processed and transported to Will County ADF. The incident remains under investigation.

A former Bolingbrook resident was charged Oct. 26 with felony predatory criminal sexual assault, according to the Will County Sheriff's Office.
A former Bolingbrook resident and U.S. Army recruiter was charged recently with felony predatory criminal sexual assault, according to the Bolingbrook Reporter. Justino Muniz-Munoz, 43, was charged Oct. 26. Muniz-Munoz was living with his girlfriend and her 10-year-old daughter from 2009 to 2011 in Bolingbrook and Romeoville when the alleged crime occurred, according to the Bolingbrook Reporter. The girl is now 14. He was working as an Army recruiter at the time when the alleged crime occurred, but it is not clear if Muniz-Munoz is still an Army recruiter. He is now listed as "homeless" and "Romeoville" on the sheriff's website. The mother did not know Muniz-Munoz was having sexual relations with her daughter, said Kathy Hoffmeyer, …
