Searching for employment used to mean typing up a resumè, shining your shoes, putting on your best business suit and pounding the pavement for days on end. But times have changed. And according to Mary Gajcak, a business liaison for the Workforce Investment Board of Will County, finding a new job could be just a click away—that is, if you learn how to use social media to target potential employers and market your skills to them.
