Will County Sheriff: Army Recruiter Had Sexual Relations with 10-Year-Old
A former Bolingbrook resident was charged Oct. 26 with felony predatory criminal sexual assault, according to the Will County Sheriff's Office.
A former Bolingbrook resident and U.S. Army recruiter was charged recently with felony predatory criminal sexual assault, according to the Bolingbrook Reporter. Justino Muniz-Munoz, 43, was charged Oct. 26. Muniz-Munoz was living with his girlfriend and her 10-year-old daughter from 2009 to 2011 in Bolingbrook and Romeoville when the alleged crime occurred, according to the Bolingbrook Reporter. The girl is now 14. He was working as an Army recruiter at the time when the alleged crime occurred, but it is not clear if Muniz-Munoz is still an Army recruiter.
