Two women were charged with heroin possession in Burr Ridge after police found them with the drug during a Jan. 22 traffic stop near the intersection of Madison and 87th Street, according to a Burr Ridge Police Department release sent out Wednesday afternoon. Barta, 23, of the 600 block of Sheffield Lane in Bolingbrook, were each charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
