Fountaindale Public Library to Host Toy Swap in Bolingbrook

Donate toys this week and come to the toy swap Nov. 17 to pick new toys at the Fountaindale Public Library.

Fountaindale Public Library will host its first Toy Swap on Saturday, Nov. 17. For every gently used toy you donate, you will receive a voucher that will allow you to choose another toy. Multiple toys may be donated and you will receive the same number of toys in exchange All donations will be accepted from Nov. 10 to Nov. 16. Patrons who have donated items and received a certificate may come to the Toy Swap on Nov. 17 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Those who have not donated toys may come from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. to select toys free of charge.  While parents select toys, children will be able to participate in fun activities and crafts. Today, the event includes a 45-foot tall Grand Tree with more than 30,000 lights and 1,000 ornaments adorning it.
