Please please please can we get garbage and recycling toters instead of having piles of garbage bags at the end of our driveways? Skinks and racoons have a field day ripping through the bags and those garbage bag piles make the neighboorhoods look trashy (pun intended) when everybody's garbage is all piled up everywhere! more ›
